I’ve also undertaken travelling fellowships at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and in Vancouver.

I have a PhD from Leicester looking at hip and knee replacement outcomes, and now I’m a Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon and senior lecturer at Chapel Allerton Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary.

I have published over 40 research papers all about hip and knee replacements.

I have written several orthopaedic texts, and I’ve been the Associate Editor of the Bone and Joint Journal. I also teach other surgeons regularly on hip and knee replacement courses.

I’m delighted to be able to offer a private practice service for patients who are struggling with hip and knee arthritis and who want to explore their options.

I have a great team around me to assist in your care, including Rachel, my private medical secretary.

Ann and her team are available for patient queries six days a week, and my patients find her guiding support immensely helpful.
